Naman Howell attorneys Clark Aspy and Stephanie Potter have been included in the 2024 Texas Super Lawyers Ranking. 

The Texas Super Lawyers list is published annually by Thomson Reuters and recognizes less than five percent of attorneys in Texas for their professional achievements. Clark Aspy has tried and handled cases in the areas of personal injury/negligence, transportation, products liability, condemnation and eminent domain, construction disputes, DTPA/business claims, premises liability, employment discrimination, and real estate litigation in various courts all around the state. Mr. Aspy is also active in Alternative Dispute Resolution, both as a participant and a facilitator. He is certified as a trained mediator, serving in hundreds of cases over the past 25 years, and is an approved arbitrator for the Western District of Texas.

Stephanie Potter 

Stephanie Potter focuses on civil litigation and administrative law. Stephanie has represented electric and telephone utilities in regulatory proceedings involving up to a billion dollars before the State Office of Administrative Hearings, the Public Utility Commission of Texas, in state district and appellate courts, and arbitration. Stephanie represents non-utility clients in wide-ranging regulated industries, assisting businesses and individuals with permitting, licensing, and enforcement actions before various Texas state agencies such as the Railroad Commission, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation, the Texas Real Estate Commission, the Texas Racing Commission, and others. In addition to her administrative practice, Stephanie represents business clients in state and federal court disputes throughout Texas, both at the trial and appellate levels.
