Naman Howell Recognized as a “Top Workplace” in San Antonio
The annual list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute.

Since its opening in 2011, the San Antonio office of Naman Howell has grown to a team of 18 attorneys and over 20 staff members.
Energage invited over 1,800 companies to participate this year and surveyed nearly 46,000 employees. Naman Howell was one of 109 companies to be recognized on the 2024 list.
