Preston and Sheffield Obtain Successful Defense Verdict

Naman Howell attorneys Madison Preston and Jason Sheffield successfully obtained a defense verdict on behalf of their client, Student Transportation of America, Inc. (STA). The case was tried in the 12th Judicial District Court of Grimes County, Texas.

After a two-day trial the jury returned a verdict finding the plaintiff, was fully responsible for the accident and no fault was attributed to STA or its driver. The damages questions were submitted unconditionally, and the jury found no damages caused by this accident.
