Mr. Clark concentrates his practice in the areas of public finance, real estate, business, and representation of school districts and other local governmental entities. Mr. Clark serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel and lender’s counsel in connection with a broad range of taxable and tax-exempt transactions. Mr. Clark’s real estate practice includes representing clients in transactions involving construction and real estate acquisition, disposition, and leasing. Mr. Clark regularly assists clients in entity selection and formation, buying and selling businesses, corporate governance matters, and the transfer of interests in corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Mr. Clark also has extensive business and commercial litigation experience. While in law school, Mr. Clark served as a law student clerk to the Honorable Emilio M. Garza of the United States Court of Appeals for Fifth Circuit.
