Profile
Brad Dowell’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury, general litigation, and labor and employment matters. Over his career, he has tried or arbitrated cases involving alleged violation of collective bargaining agreements, breach of distribution agreements, wrongful termination, alleged employment discrimination and retaliation, as well as numerous personal injury matters ranging from slip and fall cases to alleged negligent security.
Following his graduation from Baylor University School of Law, Brad spent 27 years practicing at one of the oldest and most respected law firms in Ft. Worth. After many years as a trial lawyer working on numerous different personal injury and general civil litigation matters, his practice evolved into more complex managed care litigation, serving as counsel for one of the state’s largest health insurance companies. This, coupled with his experience in arbitration, eventually led him to focus his practice on labor and employment matters. Along with his partners Lu Pham and Caroline Harrison, he founded Dowell Pham Harrison,LLP, where he practiced until joining Naman Howell in 2019.
