Chris is a transactional attorney with experience in real estate, corporate, and public finance law. Chris’s real estate practice includes representing clients in transactions involving real estate acquisition, disposition, and leasing. He has assisted clients in entity selection and formation, buying and selling businesses, corporate governance matters, and the transfer of interests in partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations. Chris has broad experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and advising clients generally on business and commercial matters. His public finance practice has included assisting issuers, underwriters, trustees, and borrowers in financings involving cities, counties, school districts, airport systems, universities, multifamily housing developments, and health care facilities. He also represents clients involved with structuring and documenting various types of public-private partnerships.
