Erik L. Krudop

Erik Krudop focuses his practice on a variety of complex civil litigation matters. He has represented clients on both sides of the docket, in cases involving personal injury, trucking and automobile litigation, premises liability, general negligence, and product liability.  Erik also has experience defending employers against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act, public or healthcare employee whistleblower, workers’ compensation retaliation, and wage and hour violations in federal and state court.
