Jay Lea joined the firm in 2009. His practice is focused primarily on construction litigation, personal injury litigation, eminent domain litigation and business contract disputes. Mr. Lea also represents utilities in regulatory matters before the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
Mr. Lea advises a wide variety of clients in different settings, including condemning authorities and landowners in condemnation proceedings, contractors and subcontractors in construction defect cases, and small businesses regarding formation issues and commercial disputes.
