Joanna Hughes focuses her practice in civil litigation primarily in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, and personal injury. She is based in the Fort Worth office of Naman Howell.
Joanna is a graduate of Baylor University School of Law, where she was a member of Baylor Law Review and Baylor Barrister Society. She represented Baylor at the Washington College of Law Capitol City Mock Trial Competition and UCLA's The Verdict Mock Trial Competition. Prior to joining the firm full time, she was a summer clerk with the Fort Worth office of Naman Howell.

In her spare time, Joanna enjoys spending time with her family (especially her niece and nephews), watching college football, and listening to true crime podcasts.
Prior to entering law school Joanna was also involved in improv comedy and lived in Los Angeles.
