Jordan Mayfield practices civil litigation, primarily in trucking and automobile matters. He regularly assists clients in commercial litigation, premises liability, construction disputes, products liability, DTPA/business issues, employment discrimination, toxic tort defense, and Texas motor vehicle law.
Jordan has represented many motor vehicle dealerships across the state of Texas and has defended hundreds of cases involving issues arising under the Federal Truth in Lending Act, Regulation Z, the Texas Transportation Code, the Texas Business and Commerce Code, and the Texas Finance Code as it pertains to motor vehicle law.
Jordan is licensed to practice in Texas and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. He is also a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent™ Rated Lawyer.
