Matthew’s practice focuses on civil litigation and administrative law. He has experience representing clients in a wide range of areas, including eminent domain, employment discrimination, environmental law, constitutional law, and public utilities law. Matthew has successfully tried cases to juries in both state and federal courts and has argued multiple appeals, including at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he litigated as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General’s Office for over a decade.
