Abbi’s intellectual property practice includes state and federal trademark registration, Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings, copyright registration, intellectual property licensing and sale agreements, legal counsel related to trade secret protection, and intellectual property disputes involving the following:

She provides legal counsel to startups, small businesses, online businesses, social media-based businesses, influencers, churches, and non-profit organizations.
