Profile
Alessandra is an associate in the administrative law section of Naman Howell’s Austin office. Alessandra’s practice focuses primarily on matters involving energy regulation and public utilities law, including matters before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the State Office of Administrative Hearings. Before joining Naman Howell, Alessandra worked at the Environmental Protection Agency, Region 6.
During law school, Alessandra served as Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Environmental Law Journal. She also served as the Journal’s Symposium Director for the inaugural Symposium on Legal System Changes to Address Climate Change and the Energy Transition, which won the American Bar Association’s State or Local Bar Environment, Energy, and Resources Program of the Year Award. Alessandra also spent two semesters advocating for clients before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in the environmental law clinic, and her work has been published in the Environmental Law Reporter and Texas Environmental Law Journal.
