Profile

Prior to joining Naman Howell, Eddie served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bexar County District Attorney's Office. While at the District Attorney's Office, Eddie tried numerous criminal cases, including offenses ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies. Eddie served in various divisions of the District Attorney's Office, including the criminal trial division, the felony intake division, and the largest division at the office, the family violence division. As a felony prosecutor in the family violence division, Eddie was committed to vigorously advocating for justice on behalf of victims and holding abusers responsible for their acts.

Eddie brings that same passion for justice to his work at Naman Howell by advocating on behalf of clients inside and outside the courtroom. Eddie brings the jury trial experience he acquired as a prosecutor to each matter that comes across his desk.

In law school, Eddie was committed to acquiring courtroom advocacy skills as a competitive member of the St. Mary's National Mock Trial Team, which the ABA ranked as number 1 in the United States. Eddie also served as a Board Member on the Board of Advocates and the Student Bar Association. Eddie was 1 of only 10 law students inducted into the prestigious Order of the Barristers due to his commitment to courtroom advocacy. Eddie's focus on courtroom advocacy allowed him to be successful in many criminal jury trials since becoming a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.
