Profile
Kelechi “KC” Ohanu is an associate attorney in the Austin office of Naman Howell. He focuses his practice on real estate matters, including the acquisition, sales, development, leasing and the overall disposition of commercial properties.
Kelechi has experience representing landowners, developers, and financial institutions, on varying sizes of deals, primarily within the multifamily housing, office, retail, and hospitality industries, as well as other mixed-use projects. Kelechi works hard to aid his clients’ understanding of their property rights, including title, survey, zoning, and other land use issues enforced by local governmental bodies.
Kelechi’s commercial real estate practice often ties into his assisting clients in their public financing deals, primarily being the issuance of revenue bonds.
Kelechi is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law. He attended Georgia State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Kelechi is a proud first-generation Nigerian-American.
