Melanie L. Bell is a litigation associate in the Fort Worth office of Naman Howell. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, primarily insurance defense, personal injury, and premises liability.
Melanie is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she obtained her B.S. in Sociology with minors in Psychology and Public Health. Melanie earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an Equal Justice America Fellow representing children in Kings County in New York. Melanie also received a Pro-Bono Award for completing more than 1000 hours of pro-bono work during law school.
Prior to joining Naman Howell, Melanie worked as a civil litigation attorney in Dallas. She also has prior experience in family and criminal law.

Beyond the Law
In her spare time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her Fiancé and two dogs, watching college football (Gig'em), and hiking.
Melanie is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and advocates for children in the Tarrant County foster care system.
