Michaelina Sirkel

Michaelina's practice is devoted to civil litigation, with a focus on insurance defense in municipal law, personal injury and wrongful death claims, employment matters, and civil rights defense.

Michaelina represents local governmental entities such as cities and counties. Her practice involves advising such entities and their officials and defending them in lawsuits against claims of personal injury & wrongful death, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and civil rights violations.

Michaelina grew up on a farm in Central Texas. She has four sons who keep her busy and inspire her every single day. She is a lifelong fan of the Texas Rangers and enjoys attending games when she can, watching them on the TV when she can’t. Fun fact about Michaelina: all of her pets are named after sweets.
