Profile

Rodney Glover is a litigator who has practiced before federal and state courts. He represents parties on both sides of the bar in matters ranging from products liability and personal injury to professional malpractice and commercial contract disputes. Additionally, Rodney's years of experience in the world of litigation allows him to successfully represent taxpayers in administrative matters such as audits involving the R&D tax credit and the 179D tax deduction.

Rodney's clients come from a variety of industries including insurance, transportation, manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, and data warehousing companies. No matter the client, Rodney firmly believes in navigating each legal matter with a human touch; no case or client deserves to be treated with a mechanical, cookie cutter approach. The best interest of the client remains at the forefront in every instance, and that may require skillfully obtaining a resolution without the need for judicial intervention. But make no mistake - Rodney will not back down from a legal battle if that is what it takes to achieve the best outcome for his clients.
